Please carefully review the instructions before placing your pet in this seat. Ignoring these guidelines may lead to severe injury. By attaching the Pooch My Ride Dog Carrier to your bicycle, you confirm that you have read and understood all warnings and instructions.

Be aware that transporting a pet on a bicycle carries certain risks, similar to those you face while riding. Pooch My Ride/Brit Innovations Group is not liable for any injuries that may occur. Only experienced adult cyclists who are fully confident in their riding skills should use this seat to transport a pet. The Pooch My Ride Dog Carrier is designed solely for leisurely riding; engaging in extreme cycling with your pet increases the likelihood of injury.

Before every ride, ensure that all screws and bolts are tightened and securely in place.

Product Disclaimer: Natural Variations in Colour

Due to the nature of our single-piece injection molding process, some areas of Pooch My Ride—such as the paw rests, and other areas—may show slight discoloration, light scratches, or minor tooling marks. These cosmetic variations are unavoidable and do not affect the product’s functionality or durability.

Refund & Returns Policy

At Pooch My Ride, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund, or exchange, subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, in perfect condition without any scratches, and in the same packaging as received.
  2. All original accessories must be intact.
Return Process
  1. Contact us at hello@poochmyride.nl within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  4. We will request a photo of the inside of the seat to check for any scratches.
Shipping Costs
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item received.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refunds and Processing Time
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Upon inspection, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
